Meat Ball Production Line

The DAMPL 7500 is an automatic meatball and croquette former. It connects to any filler via a 30 mm nozzle. There are interchangeable drums to form different sized meatballs. Its compact design and simple connection make this unit perfect as part of a value added line with battering and breading machines.

Up to 7,500 meatballs per hour (optimal filler speed and mixture)

Meatballs between 7 g and 70 g

Croquettes between 10 mm and 40 mm

No electrical power needed to operate the machine

Pneumatic operation: 6 kg per square centimetre

Requires an external air compressor at 6 bar pressure
